I am home! Although, not for the reason I would have liked.
As you know, I have been sick for the last few weeks. So dad said, Enough was enough. I talked to Brett and Andrea, and they of course sent me off with their blessing. "Health is our top priority." And so I went. But it of course wasn't going to be that easy. My flight was at 10:25 am from Denver, so we had to leave around 7 am. Well of course, I wake up at around 4 am, with a splitting headache. I knew what was coming. Then the vomitting followed. I had to wake up sweet Audrey, and she took me to the hospital in Granby. They all know me there by now, for this time was my 4th trip to the ER. I told them I had a flight to catch at 10:25 am, and they said we will get you feeling good enough to make it home. I was seriously doubting them. But sure enough they made me feel good, only because they drugged me up. I couldn't even function. I really didn't know how I was going to go through all the steps in the airport. Corinne, property staff, took me to the airport and she was a huge help too. She got someone to take me on a wheelchair and help me with my bag. I put my hoodie on, because I looked like a hot mess. Luckily, with everyone's help I made it on the airplane. I knocked out the second I got on the plane, and woke up to a little girl trying to move me out of her sit. Quite embarassing. My dad was waiting for me in the airport lobby, and the second I saw him I just started crying. I think it was a combination of happy to see him, and being sick. He reassured me I would be okay, and I believe him. All day yesterday, I was still under the influence of whatever drug they had me on so I had no time to realize I was home. I just watched TV and went to bed.
But today, I am happy I am home. There is truly no place like home. And although I have to go to a ton of doctors appointments, and get this body back to normal...I am filled with excitement that I am home and with my family.

Sick Baby
So after New York, I was back in Colorado for a week and than back off for another adventure to San Francisco with Casey. We were only there for 3 days but it was so good to be in an actual home, and get to hang out with Casey's parents. I visited Berkeley, which is such a hipster town. And I got to eat at a Raw restaurant! YUM!
Then we came back and that is when it hit! I have been sick ever since. I had 3 visits to the Emergency Room in a week, and my mom made a last minute trip to Colorado. It was the best thing to have her here. Everyone loved her and she cooked for us and I just needed her here. I was going to the hospital because I was waking up with a terrible headache, vomiting, and diarreah. The doctor says it is either the parasite I got when I went to Peru that has come back. Or Gallbladder disease. Either way, it sucks. And now I am getting the flu with a sore throat and achey.
Hopefully, I will be better soon, cause this has just gone on too long.
And even though, I have been feeling bad, I had said I was going to cook for my roomates. So yesterday, I made a Cuban meal for my roomies. I made a pork with mojo, black beans and rice, salad, bread and butter, and flan. Everyone loved it. I also made a short power point on Cuba, with You Tube videos. I loved being able to share that all with them.
Anyway, Thanks for coming up here mom! That was the best medicine.
